ECA Breaks Ground on Audi Queens

Eastman Cooke Team

Eastman Cooke is proud to announce we have broken ground on Audi Queens in Flushing, New York.

This will be a new ground up four-story, 66,000-square foot facility including new car sales, vehicle maintenance and repair, office space, parts departments, prep areas and a car wash.  The building will be a pile-supported steel superstructure building with framed exterior walls finished with Audi’s signature metal panel and screen system and of course, lots of glass.

We have once again proven to be instrumental in the design and development of any project by offering our construction knowledge, experience and expertise up front. We foresee and advise our clients on the most cost-effective constructability of a project, as well as provide value engineering on every aspect, from MEP systems to foundations.  We have been developing this project with the owners for about a year, assisting them in cost analysis, constructability and budgeting.  The project has undergone many revisions and the end result is a building that can be completed according to schedule, and just as importantly, according to budget.
