Project Update: Facade Restoration Complete at Historical Mid-Town Building

Eastman Cooke Team

Progress continues at 438 W. 51st Street, where ECA is restoring this 112-year-old building previously declared unsafe to the public. We recently completed the building’s façade, including new windows, brick and the removal and replacement of its pre-cast moldings to restore this NYC gem back to its original form.
