Eastman Cooke was awarded a contract to construct developmental offices for the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in Manhattan. Working closely with Perkins Eastman’s architects, Eastman Cooke’s crews fitted out an existing 7,800 square foot space, building 27 offices, two conference rooms, two mechanical rooms, five heat pumps, as well as a kitchen, reception and waiting area.
The state-of-the-art office space will assist the hospital in expanding its operations while supporting HSS’ main campus nearby.
