Eastman Cooke Associates completed a 30,000 square foot office fit-out for Acrisure at 3 Sylvan Way, transforming an existing second-floor space into a cohesive, modern workplace. The project combined multiple office areas into a single, unified environment designed to support collaboration, training, and day-to- day operations.
The scope of work included demolition and full interior construction, featuring new private offices, conference and training rooms, pantry and common areas, and supporting spaces. The build-out also incorporated new partitions, ceilings, MEP systems, and high-quality interior finishes.
Working closely with the owner, architect, and engineer, the team prioritized schedule adherence to ensure the tenant could move in as planned. Proactive coordination and early procurement of long-lead materials helped keep the project on track.
