This Bond Vet project consisted of construction on the interior of a 2,300-square-foot ground level space in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn that will house a groundbreaking primary/urgent care veterinary practice. The facility custom millwork, customer and pet drinking stations, wet table for bathing animals, and fully furnished dental, surgical, x-ray and exam rooms. Eastman Cooke is responsible for the interior fit-out, including millwork, as well as new cabinetry, doors, ceilings and flooring, along with the installation of electrical, sprinkler and fire alarms modeled specifically for veterinary clinics. Additionally, the work includes drywall partitions, a demising wall, new mechanicals and plumbing. The ECA team handled coordination between building management, technology wiring consultants and other client vendors.
