Construction of a new, multi-building CarMax Auto Superstore sits on approximately 4 acres of total land development. Consisting of a standalone sales, service, and presentation building, Eastman Cooke was responsible for the entire sitework development.
The Eastman Cooke team was responsible for the entire sitework development, off-site DOT road improvements, and full utility infrastructure. The site was completed with a new foundation and utilities, including water, electric, gas, and site drainage structures. The project also includes an above-ground fuel storage tank and dispenser.
Completed on time and on budget, the Eastman Cooke team overcame native soil challenges on the site through expert planning and coordination. This project brought a new 12-inch water main to this side of the highway and added community fire hydrants.
