Eastman Cooke converted a raw “white box” into a modern 2,400-square-foot veterinary clinic on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights. The facility features four exam rooms, a surgery suite, treatment area with wet tables and surgical lights, X-ray room with lead-lined walls, an in-house pharmacy, and ADA-compliant restrooms. A new storefront, ADA ramp with glass-and-metal railings, and epoxy floors throughout completed the transformation.
Our team managed the full interior build-out, rerouting major utilities and installing a rooftop HVAC unit. With the architect and design team based out of state, we relied on detailed reports, photos, and virtual meetings to keep the project on track. Challenges such as uneven subflooring and coordination with an upstairs daycare were resolved through proactive planning and collaboration with subcontractors.
Delivered in just 16 weeks, the project was completed on time and within budget. GoodVets – Brooklyn Heights reflects Eastman Cooke’s growing expertise in veterinary healthcare construction while providing the community with a state-of-the-art facility for pet care.
